What are AWS managed services?
AWS managed services means having an outside team set up and run your AWS account for you: hosting, releases, monitoring, backups, security and cost. We do the same on GCP. You keep ownership of the account; we do the day-to-day work in it.
Who owns the cloud account?
You do. We work in your account with access you grant and can remove at any time, and everything we set up is written down, so you're never locked in to us.
Can you reduce our cloud bill?
Usually, yes. Most bills carry waste: oversized servers, forgotten resources, storage nobody reads. We review the bill line by line, fix what's safe to fix, and set alerts so it doesn't creep back. We'll tell you the likely savings after the review, not before.
Can you move us from one cloud to another?
Yes: between AWS and GCP, or from a server or hosting provider to either. We plan the move in steps, test it, and keep a way back until the new setup has proven itself.
Do you only run apps you built?
No. We can take over hosting for an app another team built. We start by reviewing how it's deployed today and fix anything risky before we take on running it.
Do you work with Azure?
No. We work on AWS and GCP only, so we can go deep on both.
How much do managed cloud services cost?
Setup and migration work is quoted as a fixed price per milestone. Ongoing management is scoped to what your setup needs and agreed up front. Your cloud provider's bill is separate, and keeping it down is part of the job. How we cut AWS bills without slowing anything down.
